We’re a day removed from Quinn’s first Halloween. He pulled off the lobster costume like a champ.

We brought him to daycare in character.

It is tough fitting a tail in a car seat. We got it done and it was worth doing it. Even though Quinn was the only kid in character. He seemed to get a lot of smiles from the kids and adults there.

We had to do some explaining as to what a lobster is. Thankfully, most kids have seen The Little Mermaid and caught on.
Apparently the yearning for your infant to be a lobster runs deep on the Williams side of family. Quinn’s second cousin, Harden, was also a lobster.

He is a 23-pound lobster in Arkansas, which is rare. Jenny had no idea her cousin was dressing her little guy up in the same costume until she got an email with the above picture.
Email is where we discovered this picture as well.

That’s not a cousin, but a dog dressed in the same costume. This one is pretty good.
Now attention is focused to Halloween 2007. Quinn will most likely be moving around, opening a whole new world in costume possibilities.
